New MedBase Installation

MEIBOX MEDBASE software to be installed

1.      Please open the link below. To download the software go to “MedBase download” tab to start the download process. It generally takes 2 min to upload and this will require your IT team to complete the download.

               2. a) If you are having difficulty installing the application, you PC may be blocking installations over the internet. To fix this, do the following:
       • Select Start, then select Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
• In the right pane of Apps & features, under Choose where to get apps, select the Anywhere option.
2. b) If you are still having difficulty, your PC may have Firewall settings that are blocking the installation. To ensure your settings are correct, do the following:
• Select the Star” button, then type firewall.
        • Select the Windows Defender Firewall option.
• Choose the Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall option in the left pane.
       • Checking the box to the left of the application name (Medbase) allows it to access network resources.

3. Now that the application is installed, you can Use the Application as normal. You should have a new Medbase icon on the Desktop. Open it by double-clicking on it, and the Login screen should appear. Alternatively, you can select the Start menu, and search for Medbase. Once the application is open, simply enter your Email and Password, and the application will begin as normal, with all the added features the latest version provides. From now on, any new update can be downloaded automatically by pressing the Update button on the Login page the next time you enter.

Create an account for your medbase software:

·       To set up the MedBase software for the Meibox the office will only use  1 email and 1 password for all users to sign in on.

·       Go to the CREATE account and fill in all the fields with an *


·       Once you have created an account and email will be forwarded by box medical solutions to the email created and you need to activate the link in the email. This often goes to your junk email so check this email as well.

·       SIGN into the MedBase software with the email and password you created.

·       Please accept the terms and conditions of the MedBase software

·       Your software set up is completed.
