MX2 Meibography Image Issue

If you are encountering an issue of being able to capture a meibography image with your MX2 follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Open white light module to see if you are able to capture an image
2. Open blue light module to see if you are able to capture an image

If yes to above, please use the following troubleshoots:
Please uninstall current software and download the following new software update:

Solution:  
1. Plug MX2 USB cord and camera into a 5V charger into the wall for 3 hours.  
2. After 3 hours, re-test Meibography module.  You should hear a filter click into place.
