If installing the software, make sure camera is plugged in during installation.  If it is not plugged in, to install a new camera system, plug in camera to the USB 3.0 port on your computer and ensure that connection is secure. 

Under settings tab select Camera List:

You will be able to enter your new camera system serial number with format SN XXXX
